We recently manufactured a Straddle Carrier with a 40,000 lb. lift capacity for a specialty alloy manufacturer. The Carrier dimension beneath the chassis is 70” high and between the wheels is 64”, making it capable of handling load heights to 50” and widths up to 62”.

Cummins stage 5 emissions engine installed. The carrier features hydrostatic drive and hydraulic lift system. LED lighting system has 2 headlights, 2 backup lights, 2 load lights, 4 stop lights, 4 directional turn signals, 4 corner beacons, and cab lighting.

The cab includes heater, air conditioner, dome light, front windshield wiper, insulation and sound package, fan, instrumentation/diagnostic panel, air ride seat, radio pocket, horn, tinted glass, floor window ports, and vibration isolation mount.

This unit has slim ribbed main section wheel guards and non-ribbed doors to accommodate width requirements. The carrier has four wheel power hydraulic steering and offers three steering modes (crab, 2 wheel, and 4 wheel).
